The Loft House has a light, spacious and open floor plan that sits high among the tree tops, creating a tranquil and luxurious haven for your stay. This private retreat is furnished with chic, distinctive furniture and accents that are as comfortable as they are beautiful. The Living Area features a 42 High Definition Flat Screen Television with Premium Streaming TV (Netflix, Hulu, Showtime, Sling and more). You can also enjoy watching recent Hollywood releases and classic movies from the private DVD collection that awaits you. And to make sure you feel right at home, Wireless Internet and Free Local and National Phone Calling are available for your pleasure.
The Kitchen
Our spectacular kitchen has brand new Stainless Steel Appliances and a Black Granite Countertop with enough room to prepare the simplest to the most elaborate of meals. Sliding Japanese-style doors create privacy from the main Living Area and Kitchen. This inviting and functional kitchen comes fully equipped featuring a Stainless Steel Sink with Pull-Out Faucet, 12-cup Coffee Maker and Toaster. Inside the cabinets and drawers, you will find all the dinnerware, cookware and basic pantry items you’ll need to satisfy your culinary delights. The large, rectangular window spills light into the kitchen and looks out to the entry.
Downstairs Bedroom
The Downstairs Bedroom emanates a feeling of peace and serenity reminiscent of Southeast Asia. Gaze out your window and you will see a lush, beautiful garden with palm & pepper trees. The bedroom is furnished with a low, platform Queen bed. There is ample closet and dresser space, plus an Alarm Clock Radio with an MP3 Cradle so you can listen to your latest downloads. The bed features a soft, tufted leather headboard and premium 600 thread count cotton bed linens. View from the bedroom to the living area. The Japanese-style sliding doors are the culmination to the bedroom’s Zen sensibility.

The Loft House is an architectural tour de force, both inside and out. Newly built in 2008, the artistic intention was to create something bold, beautiful and contemporary while at the same time blend into the neighborhood’s beach cottage vibe and the result is a smashing success! Guests will have exclusive use of a Two Car Garage with remote garage door opener. The Washer and Dryer and Beach Chairs are located inside the garage. Large storefront windows and skylight let in lots of light and add dramatic flair to the architectural design.Located on a quiet street only 10 blocks from the beach, this retreat has two private entrances: from the sidewalk on 10th Street and from inside the garage.
